H screw 1 + 1/4 turn from closed


STAR Carb settings:

These are the base needle settings for 130cc engine in Ultimate, Hybrid, Ultra for Star carb

L screw 1 + 1/4 turn out from closed

H screw 1 + 3/4 turn out from closed


Spark plug gap 0.4mm


Head Nuts torque setting 12Nm

Spark Plug 18Nm

Do not tighten the propeller more than 10 Nm


Carburetor: Walbro WB-37


Service:

Gearbox sealed, no need for service.


Every 25 hours:

Check Spark plug - gap and insulator colour


Every 50 hours or once a year:

Replacing the diaphragm in the carburetor - adjusting the carburetor.

Replacing the spark plug.

Replacing all clamps.

Replacing the starter cord.

Replacing the shocks silencer.

Replacing the fuel filter.

Changing the oil in the gearbox

Replacing the air filter (optional).


Once a year (unless you have obtained raid 50 hours):

Replacing the fuel lines and hose clamps.

Replacing the diaphragm in the carburetor - adjusting the carburetor.


Every 100 hours:

These same steps every 50 hours and:

Removing carbon from the combustion chamber.

Replacing piston rings

Check the condition of the shaft and bearing wear connecting rod bearings. Replacing the fuel pump manually.


Every 200 hours:

These same steps every 100 hours and:

Replacing the piston and piston pin bearings.

Replacing the bearings of the crankshaft.

Replacing the gear bearings.

Replacing all the engine sealing elements.

Replacing the diaphragm valve.

Replacing the engine damper.

Replacing the clutch linings.

Torque Specs
