Air Conception 130cc has come with two types of carburetor over the years walbro and the newer tillotson style Star carb with better pump and performance and auto primer choke.

Both setting are here, first up the Star Carb. then the Walbro.

Identify your carb. The new one is usually marked with the word STAR on the white filter cover and has a choke locking lever. The Walbro is square and has a primer button, no auto choke.

STAR:

These are the base needle settings for 130cc engine in Ultimate, Hybrid, Ultra for Star carb

L= 1 turn + 15 minutes (low needle 1 + 1/4 turn out from closed)

H= 1 turn + 45 minutes (high needle 1 + 3/4 turn out from closed)

Fine tuning can be done to: L 1/15 and H 1/35

WALBRO wb37:

These settings are for Walbro WB37 carbs fitted to 130cc engine on Ultimate, Hybrid and Ultra

Low needle: 1 turn out from closed

High Needle: 1 + 1/4 turn out from closed (1h 15m or 1/15)
